Room 002 is very spacious,overlooking the square at an angle from the window. Separate shower cubicle inside the bathroom. Loads of room to relax, 2 sofas. Mini fridge. The main square is outside the front door It really is a lovely place, lots of different rooms located in alcoves

Lovely property, maintaining the architecture of the original building whilst converting to the hotel. Staff were wonderful, in particular Juan Jose who went out of his way at every opportunity. The superior room was lovely and spacious

Great location, massive Room. Loved Juan, for helping us find our way through the 1 way system to get to the hotel. Alba for letting me charge my phone & Sergio for mopping up my breakfast spill. Good choice of breakfast.

Location is great just off main square but not noisy Inevitably parking tricky in old town but that had private area at top of hill …fairly well served by stairs / lift …hotel provided welcome guidance before arrival on access Very nice pool area with pleasant shaded seating and stunning views

As soon as we arrived by car a staff member came out to take our bags. We were then directed to the car park which is above the hotel. When we left a staff member took us by lifts and steps to the car park, sat in the car and directed me back to the hotel. We arrived on a Monday so the restaurant was closed that evening. Many of the staff spoke English. Excellent breakfast. New motorway around Caceres, not marked on even recent maps so an up to date GPS will bring you to the door, and navigate you back to the motorway, aboyt 3 kms from the hotel.

Absolutely everything. Our room was large, cool, quiet and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The hotel is close to everything in beautiful, historic Trujillo. The staff were lovely and a particular standout was Sergio who put up with me practicing my Spanish.

Lovely historic hotel in a great central location. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Staff member assisted us with the parking. Spacious bedrooms. If you are in the town on a Thursday, there is a very good market less than ten minutes away. Ask at reception for directions. Great local pub at the top of the market which is worth a visit.

The hotel is a beautiful old palacio in the historical part of Trujillo. Restructured to all needs of modern comfort (maybe a bit too much sacrificing part of the character the house). But after all a wonderful historical place and good service. Delicious breakfast, helpful staff, good WiFi

Beautiful old palace really well restored and a great position near the Plaza Mayor ( fab restaurant called “Medeval” in said square) . The staff were lovely, our room overlooked rooves and then a wonderful view of the Plaza. Parking is at a distance but one of the guys went with my husband and the actual distance on foot only c.100 metres. Breakfast was fine - even ensuring hot water for our second morning available on tap. Trujillo is beautiful but hilly!!
